CHARLES & KEITH

CHARLES & KEITH was founded in 1996 with the vision of building a global brand that gives confidence to and empowers all women. Starting as a single shoe store in Singapore, the brand now operates stores and online platforms in more than 34 countries worldwide.

The brand has opened CHARLES & KEITH Shibuya, its first global flagship store in the Kanto region with a two-floor layout. The space was designed in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects, an architectural practice known for projects around the world. The store also features two commissioned paintings created specifically for the location by monochrome artist Tomo Sakurai.

CHARLES & KEITHは、すべての女性に自信を与え、エンパワーメントするグローバルブランドを構築するというビジョンのもと、1996年に設立。シンガポールの一軒の靴屋から始まり、現在は世界34カ国以上の店舗やオンライン展開を行なっている。

関東初の2フロア構成となるグローバル旗艦店「CHARLES & KEITH 渋谷店」をオープン。世界各国でプロジェクトを手掛ける建築事務所デイヴィッド・チッパーフィールド・アーキテクツ（David Chipperfield Architects）と共同で空間をデザイン。また、店内にはモノクロームアーティストの桜井智が、同店のために描き下ろした絵画作品2点を展示​している。
